Allambee is staffed by trained professionals who provide confidential counselling and support to people throughout the region including the City of Mandurah and the Shires of Murray, Serpentine/Jarrahdale, Waroona and Boddington. Our counsellors offer a safe and confidential space to explore worries and concerns in a non-judgemental, inclusive, and supportive environment.

If you phone Allambee your call will be answered by our receptionist who will take some brief information from you such as your name, contact information and a few background details about why you are calling.
A counsellor will then phone you back to discuss your situation further and obtain additional information about how we can best support you and your situation. Alternatively, a face-to-face meeting can be arranged if preferred.
Unfortunately at times there may be a waitlist for some services. Every referral is considered and prioritised on an individual basis and the waitlist is reviewed regularly. If you are on the waitlist and your situation changes or you experience any concerns, please contact us for support in the meantime.
